We currently ship only within the United States.
At this time, international shipping is not available.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed by 6:00 PM (EST, Monday–Friday) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method

Due to the weight and size of our items, we provide specialized LTL Freight Shipping with Curbside Delivery across the United States. All freight deliveries require an adult signature upon arrival.

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not yet been shipped.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Transit Damage & Cargo Inspection

Customers must inspect all freight crates upon delivery. If visible structural damage to the items is detected, note "Damaged on Arrival" on the driver's Bill of Lading so our logistics team can immediately dispatch replacement components.
